Searching for device in Hyperate for Garmin Fenix 5 does not find anything

I searched but didn't see anything for my issue specifically. Sorry if I missed it. I installed Garmin Express, downloaded HypeRate app, installed HypeRate on my phone, installed HypRate app on my watch via Connect IQ, etc. When I go into HypeRate and Search for Device it never finds my watch. I saw in another post someone said to use the app.io ID in the app, but when I do that in my browser for testing it shows the HypeRate icon and a 0. Screenshot attached. The HypeRate app itself on the home page doesn't show BPM either. What am I missing to get HypeRate to read my heartrate via my Garmin Fenix 5x Plus to display on stream? Thanks! EDIT: For anyone experiencing this same issue with a Garmin Fenix watch, you do not need to install the HypeRate app on your phone. You just need to install the app onto your watch directly. Once it is confirmed installed on your watch, hold the middle left button (on a Fenix 5X anyway) and go to Settings > Activities & Apps > HypeRate > add to favorites > Add it to your list of activities > Hold your top right button (with the red ring) > Select HypeRate and it shows your BPM and your ID to enter in for your browser source

You only need HypeRate on the Watch, start a session there and use the give ID for the Browser source. In the browser source use: https://app.hyperate.io/YOUR-ID like https://app.hyperate.io/123456

<@186881714381914112> yes but if you look at my second screenshot the hyperate app doesn't even have a BPM. If I pull up my ID in a browser it just shows 0 (first screenshot).

You can not pair the watch with the phone app, just open the app on your watch.
