Hey! The Custom HypeRate ID is a one-time purchase and unfortunately can’t be restored automatically if the ID has been changed. If you’d like to get your old ID back, just let me know what the ID/name was. I can check it and, if necessary, remove it manually from our backend so it becomes available again. You would then need to purchase the Custom ID again. Regarding the Polar H10: what exactly happens when you search for Bluetooth devices in the HypeRate app? Does the H10 show up in the device list but fail to connect, or does the app not find it at all? That will help me narrow down what’s going wrong. 🙂

I would like to be able to get my ID back so would it be fine to dm you the name? As far as the polar h10 it just doesn't pick up at all. I changed the batteries today too. Apparently a CR2032 battery was in it and not a CR2025 so im afraid that it might have gotten damaged cause of that but I dont see any notable damage. So I dont know what else to do.
