Bought a Versa 2 because Hyperate website said it compatible with their app. Intention to use for Heart Rate in CardioQuest. But Hyperate app does not detect my Versa 2. Tried resetting, repairing, nothing working. Any suggestions?

Have tried all the suggested troubleshooting multiple times. Is the compatiable list just not accurate?

Just install the app on your Versa 2 and start a session.
