No data shown on preview or obs

Hey! Let’s see if we can figure this out. 😊 Could you answer a few quick questions? 1. Which widget are you using? (Time, Speed, Distance, or another one?) 2. Did you start an IRL session in the HypeRate app? 3. Does the app itself show your speed/distance correctly? 4. Did you grant the app Location permission, including “Allow all the time” (if prompted)? 5. Is GPS enabled on your phone? 6. Are you outdoors or somewhere with a GPS signal? (Speed and distance won’t update without a GPS fix.) 7. Does your Heart Rate show up in OBS, or is everything blank? 8. Could you send a screenshot of: * the IRL screen in the Android app * the widget configuration * and what you see in OBS? That should help us narrow it down pretty quickly. 👍

1. Tried all 2. Have the app open, dont know how to start a session 3. App doesnt show anything 4. permissions granted 5.Gps is on 6. Tried having phone outdoors no change 7. Dont have heartrate, dont need it

One thing I wondred is do I have to have a heartrate measuring device to have the app work for time or other things?

no just your smartphone!

Did you made the IAP for IRL? You have to have an subscribtion at least for the 7 days trial period.

Oh, thats probably it, thought it was free!

This is how the app looks, where do i start session?

I get the heartrate on phone now but when I hit start session I dont get a session ID, What could be the issue?

Ok got the heartrate working but none of the other widgets. Acording to ai they dont work on android, is this true?

That’s not true. Heart rate and Android are fully supported. 🙂 Which widgets are you referring to exactly? If you’re using the current Play Store version, please note that some widgets (like speed, distance, weather, etc.) are part of our upcoming IRL update, which is currently in beta and hasn’t been released to the public yet. Let us know which widget you’re trying to use, and we’ll be happy to clarify whether it should already be available or if it’s part of the beta.

Eventually I would like to have speed, distance, elevation, temp and time.
