can you check if you receive your BPM within the Polar App?

hmmm maybe the batterie is empty? is it a chestbelt or wristband you are using?

did check the battery, and also replaced it with another one just in case. I did go through it all the polar troubleshooting too, but nothing changed 😭

Did you put on the chest strap and it should be a bit 'moist' between the chest and strap to establish contact

PS The first time I did not moist it, but there were no devices to pair, so I recalled that I need to add some water

give it a try

I think that could be a reason why I stopped using it because it stopped tracking my HR

I think I have to take this with polar support

yeah you should polar is very sipportive on that side!

I dont think this will work as I am trying already a 3rd app and no luck with getting my HR... I am starting to think that I am dead XD

Im an Apple guy - so xD for me it always will be the Apple Watch 😉

yeah did use Apple Watch but I did not like the battery life time maybe newer gens are much better now

also my wife was very unlucky with here apple watch so now she is using mine XD

currently the sound is only working on pure CSS Files - but you can grab this animation by link and also use the one with sound you only have to cut away the numbers
