Issues with Connection

Im having issues connecting my apps between android and galaxy watch. Bluetooth is on, wifi connected on both devices, and app open on both. Yet, nothing is happening and the app says "No Devices Found". Genuinely confused after spending a good chunk of time on troubleshooting

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/de.locxserv.hyperatewearos open this link on your PC and then remote install the app onto the watch

It could take a while until you gain Access
