Cannot Acces my HypeRate data

Hi! I'm having a wierd issue, on my phone/app i get the heart rate and the code , but on my SAMMI extension and on the WebBrowserSource i get a 0 , with the error X1006 I read on the <#780504101191680011> that it could be a firewall thing Thank you so much for the help in advance ❤️ keep being awesome!

Did you made sure that the IDs are matching? ID "ABC" is totally different than "abc" :)

This wont help you in this case - its an IP ban not an ID ban

Nope there isnt :) But you could have luck and reinstall the app completly and getting a new ID then. IIRC this COULD be the case for the android app

Usually by restarting the router you get a new IP address, since the firewall bans IP addresses which do to many requests in a certain amount of time, it might shift the problem to the future if you use the outdated StreamDeck for example.

The New streamdeck app is out, Note if you get logged out of the account in the desktop app it will not auto update the plugin, It will from time to time log you out so going to the setting tab and checking for new updates is recomened.

Did you checked that the ID is matching? The IDs `abcd` and `aBcD` are 2 totally different IDs to the server
