Hi everyone, I'm using an Apple Watch Series 7.
WatchOS version is 10.1
iPhone 13 ProMax, iOS version 17.1.
The heart rate on the web page is always at 0.
The current test results are
1. The watch app is able to capture heart rate normally
2. when my iPhone is switched on, the webpage heart rate shows 0, when the iPhone is switched off, the webpage heart rate is normal.
3. my iPhone does not have the HypeRate related software installed.
4. my iPhone gives permission to the HypeRate Watches software
5. Turning off Bluetooth on the watch or turning off Bluetooth on the iPhone still doesn't work
6. Internet connection to hypeRate works fine, visit https://app.hyperate.io/internal-testing to see heart rate changes
I see that a large number of users have the same problem as me.
