Hi I've just started with HypeRate! The heartrate is showing on the watch but not syncrhonising on the Chrome page
I installed the app on my apple watch. The first thing shows up was - new user / exsisted user
- I couldn't continue with New User - Tapped but nothing happened
- So I selected exsisted user
Then a code showed up, I clicked Connect, then Start
- heartrate BPM is showing alright on my watch app (~78 BPM)
- entered the code showed on my watch to the https://app.hyperate.io/ +my code
- The webpage only shows 0 BPM, not synchronising with my watch
Please help with this issue 😦 what did I do wrong?

Yes I think so - the code on my watch is exactly what I put in the url

ok it seems you are not connected to our servers. This could mean that your watch do not have an internet connection, can you check this?
Or you have activated any kind of focusmode for example.
