deleted companion app and won’t let me redownload

I downloaded the Apple Watch companion app but couldn’t get the URL to register my heart rate (would just show 0 while watch showed heart rate). Removed the companion app because I was unsure which app to use and now the App Store shows as purchased and won’t let me redownload or install. Not showing on watch either.
