Today I opened my Hyperate and started in on my watch but while I am seeing movement of the monitor on my watch, the website for my overlay does not connect nor can I see anything in the app on my Phone.

i can not find you connected in our Backend, so it seems there is no proper connection atm

No stuck on the same screen as the first and cannot search for any other devices to reset it.

Your ID should be case sensitive, in the screenshot it’s not.
