Most likely because your hardware is already connected to the phone. Try to disconnect it and then search inside the app for it

After much time and effort spent in trial and error,
I tried as you suggested disconnecting, and trying to connect to my phone / PC , although whoop was seen nowhere as a Bluetooth device, so I gave up on that method
In the end I was looking around in the app it wasn't about the device being connected to my phone there was a setting called "broadcast heartrate" which after pressing I could not see my whoop on my main phone although I could actually see it on PC and on on my second phone , but I could not press it (video attached)
and on my pc I encountered a different error: "GATT Server is disconnected. Cannot retrieve services. (Re)connect first with `device.gatt.connect`."
I have been stuck here completely so if you could maybe help me here I would appreciate it greatly as I am very confused from here onwards

This seems like to be an hardware issue - does it work in the official application (if there is one)?
