Using HRCounter mod with Apple Watch - No data in BS

When I use my URL in a browser I can see my heart rate just fine. When I paste it into config file for the mod, I can see the mod in the menu and Counter+ and on screen, however it doesn't receive data. It just constantly reads 0. I did make sure that quest/PC and watch/phone are on the same network, firewall rules are open, and to be case sensitive in config. I'm running out of ideas to get this working. I use BS for cardio so would like to see my heart rate to push myself. Are there known mods that interfere with Hyperate or counter+? Any other ideas/recommendations? Here is what I am using. Apple Watch OS 11.6, Series 8, BS version 1.39.1 using HRCounter v 3.0 Pre-release 5 with below mod requirements version: BSIPA v4.2.0+ -> v4.36 BSML v1.6.0+ ->v1.12.4 SiraUtil v3.0.0+->3.1.14 Counters+ v2.0.0+-> v2.3.10 Websocket-sharp->v1.0.4
