If you haven't done yet install Zepp Life App (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zepp-life-formerly-mifit/id938688461) on your iPhone. Then in Settings go to "Visibility" and then choose "Share activity Pulse". Close HypeRate App and reopen. Now HypeRate will be able to find your Mi Band. Please note we only support MiBand 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. If you have an Android Phone MiBand is unfortunately not supported yet.
