Hello, i am looking to integrate this to my twitch so i was wondering if i can change how frequent the HR updates? i feel like mine sends less updates like every 5 seconds only. i am currently running an apple watch if that matters

Depends on your hardware, Apple Watch between 3-5 seconds, wristband/armband 1-2 seconds.
