Hello, I am able to connect the band via Bluetooth with both Zepp life and the other app however, when I go to the HypeRate app and connect, start the session all it says is “- BPM” and I’m lost if I’m missing some step

hello have you try to start a training in zepp life before hyperate in my case its work
