When you entered your HypeRate ID in OBS, did you copy the link or type it? 🙂 Our IDs are CAsE SEnSiTIve , which means that when you write your ID manually into OBS, you will need to make sure that you write it in the EXACT same way that you see it in the app.
For example:
E1337eA is not the same as e1337ea - please make sure that it's 100% the same 🙂
