Im pretty sure you are out of BT range at this moment (distance between iPhone and chestbelt).
Community Member•8/2/2023, 10:17:10 AM
If you have integrated Bluetooth in your computer or a Bluetooth USB Dongle you could also check out our WebBluetooth - if you get the same behavior there - then it's Most likely an issue with the chestbelt itself :)

That's a great joke! The phone is 15 centimeters away from me, on the table, I'm streaming at this moment, how can it be anywhere far away from me? 🙂
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:39:43 PM
Thanks for that idea though! I'll try it and let you know! ❤️
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:40:35 PM
Bionbrake, for example ?
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:41:21 PM
I don't understand what "Bionbrake" means?
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:42:40 PM
It was just a thought - if you leave your place and the distance between chestbelt and phone is to far - the connection will be terminated.
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:43:28 PM
Yeah, that's what I'm realizing 🙂

STOP

Even if I go to the other end of my apartment WITHOUT A PHONE (to the kitchen, for example), that's what can break the connection????
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:44:50 PM
I didn't think of that, I apologize
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:45:26 PM
That’s a Bluetooth connection.
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:45:36 PM
Just try it yourself
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:45:44 PM
because every time I lost connection was those streamer days when I went to the kitchen a couple times during the broadcast. And it was those couple times that I lost connection....
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:46:05 PM
There we go!
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:46:15 PM
Just take your phone with you 🙂
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:46:28 PM
how simple it all turns out to be 😄

I'm 90% sure that's what it was. Do not change the status of the appeal. I'd like to try carrying my phone for a few days first to see if the solution is true 😉
Community Member•8/2/2023, 11:54:41 PM
Pulsoid apparently have auto-connect, take note of that 😉

And some Devices Turn off themself after a specific period of time - so this would only solve the issue to a specific degree but not fully
Community Member•8/3/2023, 12:41:23 AM
And even if the distance is not that long (I boldly assume) - connection loss can be aswell the case when someone turns on a microwave for example (Most unlikely that this will lead to a connection loss) but should kept in mind.
That's why WLAN can still have issues when some electromagnetic field is in between the sender and receiver

Is there some sort of 100% solution to the problem?)

Not really as this is very Device specific :/
Community Member•12/17/2023, 11:29:13 PM
Could you tell me if the Coospo hw9 wristband is supported?
It is not listed on the site in the list of supported devices, but according to the presence of Bluetooth and ANT, it should work.
