The iPhone app is a standalone app to connect chestbelts and other devices.
Ok, now that you have installed HypeRate companion, please allow the app to access fitness data. Then press start and add the link to OBS with the ID from your Apple Watch. It will look like this: http://app.hyperate.io/yourID

So to clarify, the iOS app isn't used with the Apple Watch app
