Blank screen when looking to add COOSPO H808S to app

I have been trying to add the COOSPO H808S to my iphone app but no matter what, when I go to "search for another device" or "add bluetooth device" the app shows nothing. The COOSPO is connected via bluetooth on my phone and transmitting my heartrate to my Apple Health app already and HypeRate also already has access to bluetooth.

I see now the issue was having it connected to my phone in the first place,. Once I disconnected it from my phone, and set it to pair again, the app picked it up and it works now
