I have noticed recently that whenever I'm using HypeRate, my Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 11.2, will automatically turn on the low power mode. I have noticed in other situations, this can mess with how it measures my HR. Is there a way to turn of this in the settings of the watch app or my iPhone companion app so it doesn't auto turn on? I have searched both menus (watch and iPhone app) and haven't found anything. TIA for any help!
Yes, you can turn off Low Power Mode on your Apple Watch. Here’s how:
1. On the Watch Itself:
• Swipe up on the watch face to access the Control Center.
• Look for the battery percentage icon, tap on it, and toggle Low Power Mode off.
2. Through Settings:
• Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
• Scroll down and select Battery.
• Tap on Low Power Mode and turn it off.
3. On Your iPhone:
• Open the Apple Watch app.
• Go to My Watch > Battery.
• Toggle off Low Power Mode if it’s enabled.
Turning off Low Power Mode will return the watch to regular operation, which might drain the battery faster but will restore full functionality, including background activities and certain metrics during workouts.
