Hey! 👋
Could you try changing the Motion Style to Custom in the Heartbeat filter?
This will unlock additional settings, including Start BPM, Full Intensity BPM, and Max Shake.
For testing, try these values:
* Start BPM: 40
* Full Intensity BPM: 80
Then enable Test Mode to see if the image starts pulsing.
We had a similar issue with another user, and switching to Custom solved it. 😊

Yay! It's pulsing! The shake is very subtle by default. I cranked it right up to 140 lol.

You’re actually the second person who ran into this issue, so I think it’s time for us to improve the UX a bit. We’ll make the intensity settings easier to find and adjust the defaults so the heartbeat effect is more noticeable right from the start.
