No worries I can see what’s happening.
Bluetooth Direct only works locally inside the Desktop app on your PC. It does not create or update a web Session ID stream.
So the Desktop app can show the heart rate from Bluetooth Direct, but a browser source using your HypeRate Session ID will only update if your phone/app is sending data to that Session ID.
Please make sure your HypeRate mobile app is connected and actively sending to the same Session ID that you use in the browser source.
