Original post
I'm trying to build a project in Unity. I recieved an API key and pasted it in the "Websocket token" field, however when I start the example scene it sends the error: "Unable to connect to the remote server".
I still don't understand much about networking, so I don't know if I need to set up something else in the editor or if it's a problem on my end.
Any ideas?

Did you use your own ID or „internal-testing“ ?

I tried with internal testing at first

then I used the hyperate ID that I get in the app

Hmm case sensitive I guess

I see
so technically I shouldn't need to do anything else to connect
Is it possible it has something to do with my internet provider?

Maybe it’s a copy and paste issue, I can remember some user mentioned this.
