Hi! I'm using the Research API for my project (a motor rehab game), which involves colleaguesfrom Brazil. When they insert their HypeRateID into the game, I can access their HR, but they can't (we're both in the same link, and tried at different and same time), which leads me to think that there might be a distance limitation. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening so that they use the API and see their HR in the game?
(Btw, they're using Garmin devices and the app.hyperate.io/HypeRateID website is working just fine for them, but not the game)
