ah okay then maybe its not in our Database anymore, would you mind sending me a DM with the API key that im able to search for it or reenter it in our DB.

I'm running into this issue as well, trying to use internal-testing as a test ID because I can't install the WearOS app on my watch for some reason.
I'm fairly certain my API key is still valid since the connection stays open and responds to pings, but if I mangle the API key, it closes with a 401 (as I'd expect)
