API key not key isn't valid?

does this count as contacting support or do I need to send an email to hello@hyperate.io?

I tried to request another key just now as per vague bot instructions

can you tell me why it should not be valid, whats the error you are receiving?

and I copy and pasted the api directly

I'm trying to connect to the HypeRate WebSocket API at wss://app.hyperate.io/socket/websocket?token=MY_TOKEN using Python's websocket-client library and I'm getting a 401 Unauthorized on the handshake. My HypeRate ID is F9992. Is the token format correct or does it need to go in a header instead?

For me its working - what device you are using for sending the Heart rate?

ok i see you are using an iphone and you are also unsing streamerbot, correct? Do you see your Heart rate there?

i also see your HR Data incoming with your ID.

I have it connected on all that, but im trying to set up on a seperate macbook just uh reading the data
