Hi, my Xiaomi Watch 2 pro shows only 0 bpm while heart sensor has rights. Other BPM apps from play store works just only Hyperate doesn't. What could be the issue?

I also tried reinstall. App already has all rights

Xiaomi Watches are not supported sorry.
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:46:30 PM
Will they be supported?
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:46:58 PM
nope! Xiaomi isnt allowing 3rd party apps to deal with the heart rate.

But the app "heartrate on stream" works so it is possible. I like the design of Hyperate

this app is only running on wearOS
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:51:17 PM
Yeah it is WearOS and use play store. Otherwise Xiaomi promotion is false
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:51:56 PM
So just to be clear - when your watch is running on wearOS yaou should be able to install and use HypeRate on the Watch.

Yes I can use it and start. I can even send the overlay to my OBS. But BPM stays on 0
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:53:38 PM
0 on the watch and in the browser source?
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:54:11 PM

Community Member3/11/2025, 8:54:58 PM
Yep I can clarify it works on my Xiaomi watch 2 pro right now. I now see my heartrate in OBS
Community Member3/11/2025, 8:55:09 PM

Community Member3/11/2025, 8:55:13 PM

Hi, maybe something to look into. I don't know if its a bug. I have reproduced the problem. The Hyperate app on the watch doesn't make the heart sensor active. I need to firstly start the app "heartrate on stream". This makes the heart sensor active and will make the Hyperate app work reading my BPM. This is the app which is making my BPM and Heart Sensor work on Hyperate: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pezcraft.myapplication&hl=en Without this app my Hyperate doesn't work and shows only 0 BPM. Hyperate should not be needed to work by another 3rd party app right?

Which version of Hyperate did you download from google play store?
Community Member3/15/2025, 3:37:31 PM
Version 1.5 for WearOS

It sounds like there is an energy setting which force the app in the background - so if you find such a setting maybe you can try to disable it.
