I've been trying to download Hyperate on my Galaxy Watch 7, but it just does not show up on the PlayStore on neither the watch or my phone. I can download the app on my phone just fine but not the wearOS app. I tried using Pulsoid but I really don't like it and it keeps turning off when the watch screen shuts off.

Which one did you try to install? There are two apps in the Store.

I tried installing the hyperateonstream for OBS but it's definitely not what i'm looking for. The other wearOS variant just doesn't show up

Could this be some kind of region thing?
Community Member3/27/2026, 12:29:15 AM
nope - it could be that you wearOS version is too old, can you check this?

I just updated it pretty recently

u could try with with Wear Installer to push the Wear OS APK directly to the Watch. https://ptb.discord.com/channels/778394246847791124/1437432809101852723 is what we had todo with on the Pixel Watch 4

Hi, do you know if there will ever be a version compatible with Samsung Watch 7 or is that not planned?
Community Member5/2/2026, 9:38:39 PM
I have the same issue with the watch 8. Would appreciate if there will be a updated version for the newer models.

Yes, I'm surprised that's not the case. I don't know if the project has been abandoned, given the rather old posts and the lack of communication about it for the past few years.

yes. idk i saw a recent video explaning all this. with them reactiong to it. then i tried it and it is not possible except for the workaround. But the workaround also does not work for me. I cant force the apk to the watch..

Same issue with the watch 4!
Community Member5/8/2026, 1:37:51 AM
sideloading the APK worked tho
Community Member5/15/2026, 10:54:42 AM
How to side load the APK? I need some guidance
Community Member5/15/2026, 12:43:47 PM
I used Wear Installer 2. To sideload, you need to put your watch into developer mode, and enable ADB debugging, and then Wireless debugging. Then when wireless debugging is enabled, it'll give you the IP and port to connect to for Wear installer
