Fitbit Versa2 not connecting.

Ive tried to get the fitbit to connect to obs and its just not working. It gives my code on the watch as 12345678 even though its connected to the internet and ive used the build ID in the app for it all. its not prompting me to start or anything it just instantly started but wont connect to obs or give a valid code.

Ah as it stands in the title - sorry for not reading properly. Normally the ID is not that long and the ID is generated on the watch - can you try to reinstall the app pls? :)

i know. im saying that the watch app is saying its code is 12345678 and wont prompt a proper id.

I cant remember if I Put any functionality behind the "generate new ID" Button in the phone Settings app Can you try it once please?

It seems like that the watch doesnt execute the JavaScript properly 🤔 Normally the ID should have been generated on launch at the first Start

im not sure why my watch is completely uptodate and its worked fine with other apps just not this one

<@197153011720519680> Okay I got some new Information Pls do the following steps: 1. Close app on watch 2. Close app on phone 3. Reopen app on phone and open the Settings app of the HypeRate application 4. Reopen app on the watch Then the ID should have been set sucessfully I also found out, that the Button "generate new ID" is working - but wont send the ID to the phone directly (it will only be visible after a restart) And pls make sure that you wear the watch while trying - otherwise we stop the measurements when it's not on your Body :)

The only thing what you can test is - deinstall the App - Restart the Watch - new install of the APP - and keep fingers crossed <a:mildpanicintensifies:1098120131550400532>

PERFECT! it took a lot but we fixed it. I had to reformat my entire watch, reset my phone and do the things we tried before.
