I tried Factory Resetting the watch, reinstalling the the Hyperate watch app multiple times too, I made sure it has all permissions via the fitbit app and I checked if the HeartBeat monitoring is enabled on the watch. Which it all is.
The one thing i see is that under the settings in the Fitbit App for Hyperate there is no Build ID and Generate new ID doesn't do anything to give it one

Last time a user had this problem - the factory reset of the Watch did the job 😦

ye i seen that but they also factory reset there handheld for it to work

okay so this is for anyone else who encounters similar behaviour just rebooting both of the devices included the phone/tablet you using to communicate with the fitbit seems to fix it
