I have HypeRate installed on my Versa Lite and the only thing that is displayed when I open it is the HypeRate logo and two dashes where the heartrate should be followed by BPM I can confirm that my Fitbit itself has my heartrate, just not the app It is also worth mentioning that after I get the heartrate working I also am going to need to access my HyperRate ID somehow

If I understood correctly - the heartrate is working but the Session ID / Device ID is not shown?

the app doesn't recognize the heartrate but the fitbit can identify it

You repaired it? So it was broken before?
Community Member6/1/2024, 3:27:50 AM
No, I reset and re-paired it to my phone

Do you know which operating system version it is running? Like version 4 or 5?

Or might be able to jump on a call? :)

Issue resolved - the Bluetooth of the device is somehow broken that even other apps like Spotify cannot sync properly.
