I found the issue - but do not know why this happened.
My public IP seems to be blocked - when using a vpn it works fine (yesterday I was on my laptop and working via vpn in my home network) that's why it suddenly worked....
Is there any possibility you can unblock it or is this done by hetzner?

It could be when there are too many "reconnections" that our Firewall is blocking the IP for 24 hrs.
