Heya <@256876010614685717>
Can you confirm via Smartphone that the Polar isnt the source of evil? (Like does it disconnects there also after a few Minutes)?
Can you test the Polar on another computer to make sure that your Bluetooth Device is working properly?
Do you use the latest Version of Chrome / chromium?
Since this Problem didn't appeared in our Tests it's Most likely that one of your Devices arent working properly :(

I'll do the tests and come back to you 🙂 ! thanks for the answer !

Quickest solution would be updating the Browser. May I ask which operating System you use? Windows / Mac OS / Linux?
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:34:51 PM
Chrome seems up to date, I'm on Windows 11

You will have another ID on the phone - did you updated the ID in the Browser source?
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:43:50 PM

ok now I have the pulse ( I'm alive yay ! ) I will run the session a little longer to see if it stays active 🙂
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:47:12 PM
Sounds good!
If the session stays active then Most likely your Bluetooth Adapter isnt working properly and this is the issue :)
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:47:18 PM
yup
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:48:14 PM
( I was wondering if chrome could maybe "put the tab to sleep" to save resources.. I downloaded the desktop app to compare too )
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:49:06 PM
The Desktop app wont add much value as it only Displays the heart rate but not reading it from Devices
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:49:36 PM
Ok ! thanks 🙂
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:52:21 PM
What you could test is chromium
AFAIK they dont have that "resource saving mode" as Chrome has it
Maybe you get different results there.
Dunno if Opera already enabled the Bluetooth functionality (they are also basing on chromium) but it can for sure enabled via flags (this is a bit special but also one way to exclude a particular Browser) :)
Community Member•6/28/2023, 3:53:43 PM
Ok I'll try that too !
Community Member•6/28/2023, 6:41:00 PM
