As stated above, I just have no idea why it randomly disconnects while I am live streaming. Could it be that my phone is also connected to my Bluetooth speaker that plays alerts? (I'm an IRL streamer) Thanks.
Should not be a problem with the BT Speaker. But you can test it without to be on the save side.
Normally in your specific case - i would suggested to tighten the strip (chestbelt) a bit more and it has to be a bit moist under the band for better connectivity.

I think the heart rate detection is fine, it's just that my phone seems to disconnect from it I think, but yes I'll try it tighter. I feel it's already so tight on me haha

im sure your always in reach via BT? (Distance between your mobile and chestbelt)?
