I just bought the Versa4, but it doesn't show on the app, even though it's connected to my phone. Nothing actually shows when I click on connect another device. I already tried reinstalling the app, switching everything on/off, disconnecting/connecting bluetooth.
Thanks for reaching out! I understand the issue with your Versa 4 not showing up in the HypeRate app.
To connect a Fitbit device with HypeRate, the HypeRate app normally needs to be installed through the Fitbit App Gallery. Unfortunately, Google has changed the rules for Fitbit devices in the EU, and with the Versa 4 (and Sense 2), it’s no longer possible to install third-party apps from the App Gallery.
That’s why your Versa 4 won’t appear as an option in the HypeRate app, even though it’s connected to your phone.
If you’d like to use HypeRate, we recommend using one of the Fitbit devices that still support third-party apps (e.g., Versa 3, Sense, or older models).
Please let us know if you’d like a list of currently supported device, we’ll be happy to share it with you!

Oh that's too bad! Are there any known workarounds. VPN? New Google Account in US? Changing App store to US?
